Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a clinic front desk staff for a contract position across multiple Singapore locations. You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments, process payments and provide friendly front-line service in a busy clinic environment.

You should be comfortable using computers for registrations and payments, with good communication and customer service skills. Rostered shifts include early mornings and Saturdays as per clinic roster.

Contract Position

Working Hours

• Weekdays: Rostered 8-hour shift between 7.00am–7.00pm
• Saturdays: Rostered 4-hour shift between 7.00am–1.30pm
• Must be comfortable starting from 7.00am on certain days

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the clinic
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate specialist referrals
• Handle payments and attend to patient enquiries
• Provide friendly and professional frontline customer service
• Manage patient concerns and upscale when necessary
• Support clinic administrative and patient service operations
• Assist at health monitoring stations based on roster
• Take patients' height, weight and blood pressure

Requirements

• Minimum N level
• Comfortable using computers for patient registration, appointments and payments
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with both frontline and basic hands-on patient duties
• Able to work according to the clinic roster
