Job Scope: Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, administering written assessments, and following up with candidates for required documentation.
- Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding the recruitment process or general HR-related matters.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completion of exit checklists and clearance procedures.
- Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating the completion of required tests.
- Contribute to the preparation and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR-related processes.
- Event Management and Design of Publicity Materials
- Assist in designing internal communications materials such as EDMs and posters using Canva and other graphic design tools to promote Ministry initiatives and programmes.
- Provide support for event planning and logistics, including Ministry events such as the National Day Investiture Ceremony.
- Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
Requirements
- Prior HR experience
- Stakeholders (internal and external) management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- At least a diploma certificate or above
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 0830hrs- 1800hrs, Friday: 0830hrs – 1730hrs
