A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR support specialist for a 3-month contract to assist with recruitment processes and event management.   • Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews and following up with candidates.
  • Respond to queries from candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Manage the offboarding process and ensure completion of exit procedures.
  • Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating required tests.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Design internal communications materials using graphic design tools.
  • Provide support for event planning and logistics.
  • Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors.

Overview

Job Scope: Recruitment, Contract Management and Offboarding

Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, administering written assessments, and following up with candidates for required documentation.
  • Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding the recruitment process or general HR-related matters.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completion of exit checklists and clearance procedures.
  • Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating the completion of required tests.
  • Contribute to the preparation and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR-related processes.
  • Event Management and Design of Publicity Materials
  • Assist in designing internal communications materials such as EDMs and posters using Canva and other graphic design tools to promote Ministry initiatives and programmes.
  • Provide support for event planning and logistics, including Ministry events such as the National Day Investiture Ceremony.
  • Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
Requirements
  • Prior HR experience
  • Stakeholders (internal and external) management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • At least a diploma certificate or above
Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 0830hrs- 1800hrs, Friday: 0830hrs – 1730hrs
