Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services is seeking a motivated Temp Field Research Assistant for a 2-month contract in Singapore. You will support the re-census of trees at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, process specimens, and potentially assist with specimen identification and data analysis. A diploma or degree is preferred, alongside experience in fieldwork. The role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with ecology and environmental science, working from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in fieldwork or herbarium work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in re‑census of trees in the Bukit Timah Forest Dynamics Plots.
• Process collected specimens.
• Identify specimens in the herbarium (if experienced).
• Enter and analyze data (if experienced).
