Seacare Manpower Services is seeking a Research Support (Maxwell) to assist with data collection, literature reviews, and administrative tasks within a 1-year contract in Singapore. Qualifications

• Background in social sciences (psychology, sociology, economics) or relevant research experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication, numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Advantageous: experience with quantitative data analysis (e.g., R) or handling surveys and interviews.
• Able to commit to a 12-month full-time contract; flexible for occasional late afternoons, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection: assist in fieldwork, liaise with vendors, monitor public feedback, and perform quality checks.
• Support research analysis: conduct literature reviews, assist in quantitative data analysis, cleaning, and visualisation.
• Support administrative tasks: manage inventory, coordinate meetings, and take notes.
