Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a Temp Executive to support Planning & Procurement, focusing on FFE planning and end-to-end procurement coordination within project teams, clinical users, consultants and stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, meticulous organization, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to manage data, costs and trackers. This temporary position involves secretariat support and regular coordination across workgroups.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building / Construction, Project Management, Supply Chain / Procurement, Business, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline.
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with numbers, quantities, costs and large datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in procurement, project coordination, healthcare, engineering or construction projects will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update FFE, procurement and project trackers.
• Consolidate and reconcile information, including equipment lists, quantities and costs.
• Prepare procurement documents, presentations, dashboards and meeting materials.
• Track procurement milestones, outstanding actions and follow-ups.
• Provide secretariat support for FFE and Procurement workgroups.
• Assist with business cases, funding requests and approval papers.
• Maintain proper document filing and version control.
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support.

The Role

Support the Planning & Development team in coordinating Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) planning and procurement activities!

Working closely with project teams, clinical and operational users, consultants and other stakeholders, you will help ensure the smooth and timely progression of procurement activities ~
