Responsibilities

• Check system readiness, test functions, data entry and verify customer data before migration.
• Perform the migration according to the approved schedule and procedures.
• Track the migration to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Make outbound calls when necessary.
• Troubleshoot, elevate, and work with the customer team to fix any problems.
• Record all actions, issues, and outcomes throughout the migration process.
