Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Migration Officer for a fixed-term project from 12 Oct 2026 to 14 May 2027 at Jurong East Exchange. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm, with a monthly salary of SG$2,600. You will perform data migration tasks, testing and post-migration validation to ensure a smooth datacenter move.

The role offers training, flexibility, and adherence to project timelines. Overall, candidates should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling data.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Able to commit to the full contract duration.
• Minimal planned leave during the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Perform data sorting, validation and correction.
• Process and maintain data related to number and service migration.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Conduct pre- and post-migration system testing.
• Perform physical calling and network connectivity tests.
• Monitor migration progress and troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate any errors or technical issues when required.
• Maintain migration records, logs and reports.

We are seeking a Data Migration Officer from 12th Oct 2026 to 14th May 2027 for a data migration project, shifting datacenter to a different location as well as database system.

Location: Jurong East Exchange (nearest MRT: Chinese Garden)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: $2,600/month
