Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is seeking a data migration support assistant for a 7-month contract from Oct 2026 to May 2027, extendable subject to project. The role is based near Chinese Garden MRT station and requires data testing, validation, and migration tasks.

Responsibilities include performing data sorting, validating migration data, testing pre- and post-migration, and maintaining logs and reports. Training provided; candidates with or without experience encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidates with no experience will also be considered as training will be provided.
• Comfortable with testing activities
• Detail-oriented and accurate when handling data
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
• Able to commit to the full contract duration
• Minimal planned leave during the contract period

• Perform physical calling and network connectivity tests

Job description

Contract term: 7 months from Oct 2026 - May 2027 (Extendable subjected to project)

Location: Near Chinese Garden MRT station
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: $2,600/month

Benefits

• 7 days Annual Leave per calendar year


• $400 outpatient coverage per calendar year


• Overtime (from 6pm - 10pm including dinner break): Payable as applicable based on overtime worked.
