The National Research Foundation is seeking a Temp Officer, Communications to support media relations, events, and digital asset management. You will help maintain contact databases, prepare materials, and assist with on-site logistics for NRF events.

You will also manage NRF’s digital repositories, assist with procurement workflow, and help ensure timely, accurate public communications on behalf of NRF.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in communications, PR, or media is advantageous.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
• Experience with digital asset management and common cloud storage platforms is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support media relations activities and coordination of communications workflows.
• Maintain NRF media contact database and assist with media accreditation.
• Assist on-site at NRF events with media liaison and press kits.
• Manage digital repositories and archiving of media materials.
• Monitor QSM mailbox and assist with notifications and follow-ups.
• Conduct stocktaking and inventory of communications assets.
