Job summary

Gleneagles Hospital Camden is seeking a Temp Clinic Admin for a 3-month assignment, offering $12/hour with a 5.5-day work week and office hours. Immediate start preferred; shortlisted candidates will have a phone interview.

The role involves handling frontline clinic operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, and supporting cashier duties, medication dispensing, and claims submissions.

Qualifications

• Handle frontline clinic operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling and referral bookings
• Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries
• Support cashier duties and medication dispensing processes
• Assist with chaperone duties and explain clinic procedures to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with drug inventory tracking
• Ensure the clinic is kept clean, organised and presentable
• Follow established SOPs and support routine clinic checks/audits
• Compile patient management and operational information
• Assist with medical reports and TPA/CHAS/MediSave claims submissions
• Provide administrative and operational support to the clinic team
• Support other facilities when additional manpower coverage is required
