Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous Temp Executive to support the Group Brand & Communications (GBC) team across Internal Communications, Heritage, and Editorial functions in Singapore. The role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications within a leading bank environment and involves editorial content, archival tasks, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, collaborative, and able to multitask to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Internal Communications & Editorial: support production of internal news portal and social media content.
• Editorial tasks: content coordination and publishing support.
• Heritage & Archival: assist archival project with cataloguing and filing.
• Maintain and organise archival records.
• Customer Communications & Admin: review customer-facing communications; provide secretariat support.
• General: assist across functions and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
