Job summary

BW Maritime Pte Ltd is seeking a communications assistant to refresh corporate materials, draft internal communications, and coordinate publications and reports. The role involves supporting design of posters, videos, and other collateral, and updates to our websites and employee platforms.

You will contribute to LinkedIn content, assist in developing proposals for stakeholders, liaise with partners and vendors, and help plan and execute internal events while handling diverse tasks in a

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organised with good planning and multitasking.
• Creative with a good eye for design and visual presentation.
• Familiar with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Able to commit up to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Refresh corporate materials and presentations.
• Draft internal communications pieces.
• Draft and coordinate materials for corporate publications and reports.
• Support archival of creative assets and historical materials.
• Assist in design of communication collaterals (e.g. posters, videos, photo slideshows).
• Support planning and content creation for BW LinkedIn pages.
• Assist in developing communication proposals for key stakeholders.
• Support liaison with partners, affiliate companies, and external vendors.
• Update corporate websites and/or internal employee platforms.
• Conduct research to support communication initiatives.
• Provide operational support for internal events as required (e.g. staff activities, quarterly events).
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
