Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking clinic support staff for a 6-month contract at Novena. You will perform frontline operations including registration, appointment scheduling, dispensing of medication and cashier duties, and attend to walk-in patients and phone inquiries.

The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, proper maintenance of patient records, and supporting doctors with language translation and patient communications.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties.
• Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
• Support doctors in language translation when needed.
• Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
• Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
• Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.
• Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
• Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.
