Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Test Analyst for Core banking projects. You will design and execute tests, manage data and environments, and drive defect resolution to closure.

Responsibilities include collaboration with BA and Dev teams to improve overall software quality, including T24 integration testing and SWIFT testing, with strong focus on private banking domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in test analyst role for T24 projects.
• Strong knowledge of Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lending domains in Private Banking
• Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
• Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output
• Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports
• Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types
• Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE

• Review requirements and specifications to define test scenarios and cases.
• Collaborate with BA and Dev teams to improve upstream software quality.

• Proactively raise issues and risks and recommend solutions.
• Lead teams across locations to ensure testing milestones.

Test Analyst

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be the Test Analyst for Core banking projects and responsible for test design, test execution and take it for closure

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Functional / Technical

• Expertise in functional testing, regression, for Temenos T24 projects in the Private banking domain.
• Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
• Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scenarios and test cases.
• Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
• Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
• Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
• Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development Solutions)

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

Technical and Functional
