Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group in Singapore is hiring a Telesales Officer on a 6-month contract (renewable to 12 months) for a Malaysian bank. Based in Ang Mo Kio, working days Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, salary $1,800 – $3,000 plus commission.

The role focuses on outbound telesales of Fund Transfer and Term Loan products to existing and prospective customers, achieving targets and ensuring MAS compliance. Training will be provided and the firm offers a supportive team environment with structured coaching to

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O’ Levels or Diploma; Degree preferred.
• Experience in telesales or sales in banking/loans is advantageous.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Results-driven with a positive, resilient attitude.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
• Basic understanding of lending products; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote Fund Transfer and Term Loan products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend loan solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and productivity KPIs.
• Follow up on leads, applications, and docs for timely conversion.
• Explain product features, pricing, terms clearly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies.
• Provide professional customer experience at all times.
