Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to support BFSI telesales at Bencoolen Street. You will conduct outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and move prospects through the sales process in a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri), 9:30am–5:30pm, on a permanent basis.

The role offers a gross monthly salary of $3500 (basic $3000 + commission) plus AWS, with opportunities to contribute to growth in a banking and financial services environment.

• Confidently engage new customers and outbound calls daily.
• Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, cold calling, customer service or customer-facing roles advantageous.
• Able to communicate confidently and handle objections professionally.
• Target-driven and able to meet sales objectives.
