Job summary

AIA-Kin Group is seeking motivated individuals for a telemarketing role in Singapore. You will make outbound calls to leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for consultants. Training and scripts are provided to support performance.

The position is office-based in Tampines with a hybrid option (WFH) after a trial period; commission is earned on confirmed appointments, in addition to the hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with outbound cold calling.
• Good communication skills (English preferred; other languages a plus).
• Sales or telemarketing experience preferred but not required.
• Self motivated and able to handle rejection.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients (leads provided).
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for consultants.
• Follow scripts and accurately update call outcomes.
