Job summary

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants is seeking a motivated telemarketing officer to promote the Financial Stewardship for Charities programme to charities and non-profit organisations in Singapore.

You will introduce the programme to charity leaders, explain structure, eligibility, and funding support, and guide applicants through registration while maintaining accurate records and meeting enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Experience engaging charities, non-profit organisations, or corporate clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress updates and provide administrative support related to outreach activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support programme promotion and enrolment initiatives.
