Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development professional in Singapore to identify opportunities and drive growth across diverse client accounts. You will conduct market research, generate leads, and tailor recruitment solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and potential client accounts.
• Drive lead generation and client acquisition through cold calling, strategic account penetration, presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage client relationships by understanding hiring needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
• Track and report business development activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align on client requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
