Qualifications

• Diploma certification in Engineering preferable in Telecommunication or Info-communications Technology.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence or owns a private vehicle would be an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, tactful, keen to learn and a team player.
• Able to cope and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan diversion of existing infrastructure affected by third-party projects.
• Develop diversion plans based on site constraints.
• Conduct site surveys with customers/consultants.
• Evaluate feasibility and identify risks related to pipeline diversion planning.
• Work with operations and contractors to resolve issues.
• Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage customer enquiries relating to diversion scope and progress.

Skills

Diploma in Engineering (Telecommunication or Info-communications Technology)

1 to 2 years working experience

Class 3 driving licence

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Good communication skills
