Job summary

Dynamic Communication is seeking a Project Manager to oversee telecom construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, preparing status reports, and driving on-time delivery while meeting budget targets.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with fiber optic installation, RF systems, DAS, and 3G/ LTE/5G projects, with strong leadership and client advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing telecom construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to prepare internal and external progress reports, estimates, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and telecom projects ensuring safety and regulations compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction team to meet performance and budget targets.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, progress, estimates and deliverables.
• Ensure quality construction while meeting client needs and timelines.
• Plan all phases of construction lifecycle and communicate changes affecting schedule/budget.
• Conduct post-site surveys and verify backbone/horizontal cabling and terminations against designs.
• Manage installation and integration activities for RF, DAS, fiber, and 5G-related works as required.
• Lead by example, guiding team members and coordinating with engineers, architects and vendors.
