You will connect business and technology teams, shape scalable solutions, and help deliver Capital Group's global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global investment product technology rollouts end to end, from requirements and solution architecture through delivery, transition, and scale; facilitate scrums and maintain delivery alignment.
• Partner with marketing, sales, portfolio construction, compliance, trading, accounting, performance management, Investment Operations, and business groups to gather requirements and establish Day in Life processes that support the Global Operating Model.
• Own product roadmaps and product health, balancing scale, sustainability, operational resilience, and regulatory and technology risk; lead incident analysis, vendor performance reviews, and trend-based improvements.
• Lead feasibility studies on industry and technology trends, develop business cases, and guide pragmatic decisions on enterprise solutions; mentor globally distributed teams, elevate design standards, and share knowledge.

Who We’re Looking For

You bring 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution engineering and financial business analysis, with a record of leading complex initiatives across business and technology teams and influencing outcomes without relying solely on formal authority. You understand the software development lifecycle, cloud-based architecture, investment product definitions, and the investment operations and related workflows needed to support products throughout their lifecycle. You have experience with financial industry technology platforms such as CRD, Aladdin, or comparable enterprise systems, and can translate business needs into scalable, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose solutions. You are a clear, inclusive, and empathetic communicator who builds trust with senior stakeholders and internal clients, navigates ambiguity and competing priorities, mentors others, and turns industry learning into practical improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Leadership in enterprise solution engineering, financial business analysis, requirements discovery, solution architecture, technology delivery, feasibility studies, business cases, and roadmap governance.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, investment operations, software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, enterprise integration, operational and regulatory risk, and product health management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead incident analysis, vendor reviews, continuous improvement, and cross-functional delivery; exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
