Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Manager/Leader to drive technology strategy and transformation across Southeast Asia. You will manage global projects with mixed teams, shape architecture concepts for cloud and data platforms, and contribute to securing engagements through proposals.

Experience in consulting, SIers, or vendors is essential, with strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Experience in projects at a consulting firm, vendor, or SIer related to the described themes.
Experience in managing global projects with mixed teams including local members.
Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposals.
Experience in leading projects.
Proficiency in Japanese and English at native/business levels, in any language pairing.
Currently employed at a consulting firm / IT vendor / SIer with relevant architecture exposure.
Knowledge and implementation experience in cloud, data architecture, etc.
Experience in the implementation and operation of ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead global projects with mixed local teams and drive outcomes.
Shape and execute technology strategy and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to secure new engagements and proposals.
Develop architecture concepts for cloud and data platforms and oversee execution.
Mentor and develop junior staff within the TS&T practice.
