Job summary

OCBC Singapore invites applications for a Business Performance and Analytics Specialist who will drive data-driven growth and improvements. You will work with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver analytics solutions that reveal actionable insights.

You will distill complex data into clear insights, build dashboards and data models to monitor key metrics, and present findings to influence business decisions. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
