Job summary

INFINITE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking a Technology Risk Specialist (Governance) to support governance activities for a banking client in Singapore. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal governance across EOS, DR, patch management, and FOSS governance.

Responsibilities include reporting, stakeholder management, risk attestation, and driving process improvements through automation and AI-enabled solutions. Strong communication and bank-domain experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 3–5+ years experience in Technology Risk, IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or IT Audit.
• Banking/Financial Services environment experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certifications in CRISC or CISA are a plus.

• Prepare and manage periodic and ad-hoc governance reports.
• Track remediation plans and follow up on risk items.
• Coordinate annual and bi-annual assessment and attestation exercises.
• Maintain governance standards, playbooks and related artifacts.
• Develop automation or AI-driven solutions to improve governance processes.
• Provide governance advisory and control guidance to stakeholders.
• Conduct continuous monitoring to mitigate technology risks.

Job Overview

The Technology Risk Specialist (Governance) will support technology governance activities for an IBM banking customer, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance processes across multiple domains, including:

1. Technology Refresh / End of Support (EOS)
2. Disaster Recovery (DR)
3. Non-Security Patch Management
4. Free & Open Source Software (FOSS)

The consultant will be responsible for governance reporting, stakeholder management, risk monitoring, assessment and attestation exercises, documentation management, and driving process improvements through automationand AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with Technology, Risk, and Business stakeholders on governance initiatives.
2. Prepare and manage periodic and ad-hoc governance reports.
3. Track remediation plans and follow up on risk action items.
4. Coordinate annual and bi-annual assessment and attestation exercises.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 3-5+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or IT Audit.
3. Experience within Banking or Financial Services environments preferred.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Experience in one or more of the following domains:
