Job summary

Major Global Bank is seeking a Technology Risk Manager based in Singapore to support its multi-year core banking transformation program and global transaction project portfolio. You will partner with technology, project, security and business teams to identify and manage technology risks, conduct risk assessments, and drive remediation plans.

The role requires strong communication skills, IT risk experience in banking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Technology Risk/IT audit or governance experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk management and control frameworks.
• Experience supporting technology transformation and SDLC initiatives.
• Proven ability to perform risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, Audit, or related discipline.
• Nice to have: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP certifications.

The client is looking for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and IT Risk experience within banking industry.

• Ensure key risk issues are appropriately tracked, escalated, and remediated
• Support governance forums, risk committees, and stakeholder reporting

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Technology Controls, Risk Assurance, Information Security, or Technology Governance
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments
• Good understanding of technology risk management and control frameworks
• Experience supporting technology transformation, application development, or SDLC-related initiatives
• Proven ability to perform risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, Audit, or a related discipline
• Good to have: Risk / Security Certification (CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP)
