Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced SDLC Governance Automation Officer in Singapore for a 12-month contract. You will lead modernization of SDLC governance through automation, AI-enabled assurance, and continuous compliance, partnering with Technology, Risk, Information Security, Audit, and DevSecOps teams.

The role focuses on defining standards, implementing automated controls, and producing governance insights to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in SDLC governance, DevSecOps, or related domains.
• Experience in governance or control automation and compliance monitoring.
• Experience in regulated environments and cross-functional transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology discipline; COBIT/ITIL/CRISC/CISA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enhance SDLC governance standards, controls, and playbooks across requirements, code, testing, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Design and implement automated governance controls, dashboards, and continuous monitoring across SDLC toolchains.
• Lead AI-assisted assurance for evidence validation, anomaly detection, risk identification, and audit readiness.
• Monitor adherence, exceptions, remediation effectiveness, and adoption trends; produce governance metrics and dashboards.
• Maintain SDLC process asset repository, lifecycle, approvals, and retirement; drive standardisation and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevSecOps, Architecture, Technology Risk, Information Security, Audit, and Data & AI teams; present risk assessments to senior stakeholders.

About the Role

Responsibilities

The SDLC Governance Automation & Process Asset Officer leads the modernization of SDLC governance through automation, AI-enabled assurance, continuous compliance, analytics, and standardized process assets. The role partners with Technology, Risk, Information Security, Audit, DevSecOps, Architecture, and Data & AI teams to strengthen controls, software delivery quality, regulatory compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.

A) Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Define, maintain, and continuously enhance SDLC governance standards, procedures, controls, guardrails, guides, and tool playbooks covering requirements, source code, testing, release management, CI/CD, and production deployment.
2. 2. Design and implement automated governance controls, validation rules, dashboards, reporting, and continuous monitoring across SDLC toolchains, while embedding controls into engineering workflows and reducing reliance on manual reviews.
3. 3. Lead responsible AI-assisted assurance for evidence validation, compliance anomaly detection, risk identification, control-effectiveness assessment, governance insights, and process optimisation, ensuring decisions remain transparent, explainable, auditable, and compliant.
4. 4. Monitor control adherence, compliance exceptions, remediation effectiveness, quality and adoption trends. Develop governance metrics, through reports or executive dashboards to support continuous assurance.
5. 5. Maintain the SDLC process asset repository and lifecycle, including the review, approval, version control, publication, and retirement of standards, procedures, templates, playbooks, and control documents, while driving standardisation, adoption, and audit readiness.
6. 6. Assist cross-functional governance transformation with Engineering, DevSecOps, Architecture, Technology Risk, Information Security, Audit, and Data & AI teams; present risk assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders and promote continuous improvement and governance capability building.

Experience & Qualifications

1. 1. 6–10 years of experience in SDLC governance, DevSecOps, Software Quality Assurance, Technology Risk, Engineering Excellence, or related domains.
2. 2. Proven experience in governance or control automation, compliance monitoring, enterprise SDLC toolchains, digital transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
3. 3. Experience in regulated environments and relevant regulatory standards; strong track record in leading cross-functional transformation.
4. 4. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology discipline; COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, or CISA preferred.
