Job summary

Smart IMS Inc is looking for an IT Risk & Control Specialist in Singapore to support a leading global investment bank. You will oversee the bank's risk framework implementation, manage regulatory changes, and coordinate risk mitigation across IT and operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end risk management (ERP, RCSA, eRIC, SIAI, JDI, AIAI, RIAI), QA testing, business continuity for applications, and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• IT risk audit or control experience in Banking/FI domain.
• Bachelor's degree in IT; 4–6+ years of experience.
• Experience executing risk initiatives within a tech risk function or compliance.
• Experience in payments-domain risk audit or control.
• Experience in application control testing.
• Experience leading regulatory risk programs for non-compliance.
• Knowledge of APAC regulations and regulatory risk management preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end risk management including ERP, RCSA, eRIC, SIAI, JDI, AIAI, RIAI.
• Lead QA testing and business continuity for applications.
• Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting.
• Develop and socialize risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate across GCIBT teams to respond to audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline risk management processes.
