Job summary

Infosys Compaz (iCompaz) in Singapore seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives, including data center migrations, cloud adoption, and system integration. This hands-on role requires strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and report progress to senior leadership to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technology projects in enterprise environments.
• Must manage infrastructure, cloud, or data center initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale deployment or migration programs.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on project lifecycle experience (SDLC/Agile/Hybrid).
• Ability to run multiple concurrent projects efficiently.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering enterprise technology projects including infrastructure deployment, data center migration, cloud adoption, and system integration. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and execution across complex technology environments.

• Manage data center migration, cloud transformation, and infrastructure deployment initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, network, security, and application teams Drive project planning, scheduling, resource management, and execution
• Manage vendor engagement, delivery tracking, and service performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technology or IT Project Manager
• Strong experience in infrastructure, cloud, or data center projects
• Experience managing large-scale deployments or migration programs
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination experience
• Hands-on experience with project lifecycle (SDLC / Agile / Hybrid delivery)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in enterprise environments

Experience in:

• Migration, deployment, and cut-over planning
• Experience in AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments

Good to Have

• PMP / ITIL certification
• Experience in office relocation / smart buildings / workplace transformation projects
• Exposure to change management frameworks

Ideal Candidate

• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Comfortable leading high-visibility transformation programs
