ASIA SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technology Director with extensive PCB manufacturing expertise to lead the plant's process and product development.

The role centers on advancing PCB technologies and managing the entire product development lifecycle across our operations and production line. The Director will drive NPI capabilities, utilize techniques such as Failure Analysis RCA, FTIR, and other advanced testing to ensure smooth product delivery.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of NPI department for on-time and successful new product delivery to existing and new customers
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced PCB technologies
• Plan and drive the integration of new and advanced PCB technologies into manufacturing processes
• Lead the Plant Reliability Program, managing the Chemistry and Physics laboratories to drive research and innovation
• Support major quality issues with product/ process failure analysis and recommend preventive and improvement solutions

Job description

Technology Director

Our Client is a PCB manufacturer looking for a Technology Director with strong PCB manufacturing experience.

The Technology Director is to be responsible for leading the Plant's continuous process and product development. This includes driving the development of advanced PCB technologies and managing the entire product development lifecycle, building upon our New Product Introduction (NPI) capabilities. A key aspect of this role is supporting process development by utilizing techniques such as Failure Analysis Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FTIR, and other advanced testing capabilities to ensure the smooth delivery of products in our operations and production line.

The Director will also take charge of the PLant's Reliability Program, overseeing both the chemistry and physics laboratories. This involves driving Research and Development (R&D) projects for major Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects as part of the Plant's expansion plan. The overall goal is to scale up production, increase the product and process quality of manufacturing processes, and meet all the quality standards to achieve organisational excellence.
