Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive continuous process and product development in PCB technology. You will oversee R&D for next-generation capabilities and manage the full product development lifecycle, including NPI, to ensure on-time delivery and successful qualifications for customers.

As head of the Plant Reliability Program, you will supervise chemistry and physics labs to promote research and innovation, support process development with advanced testing like FTIR and RCA,

Qualifications

• Degree, Master or PhD; related talks to electronics sectors would be advantages.
• In-depth understanding of PCB technology and related technologies, leadership, effective communication and passion in new technology development
• Min. 15 years in PCB or relevant industrial background

Responsibilities

• Lead the Plant's continuous process and product development to advance PCB technology.
• Drive the development and implementation of advanced PCB technologies, overseeing R&D for next-generation product capabilities.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle and NPI department to ensure on-time delivery and successful qualification of new products for customers.
• Take charge of the Plant's Reliability Program, managing the Chemistry and Physics laboratories to foster research and innovation.
• Support process development by utilizing advanced testing techniques like Failure Analysis Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FTIR to ensure smooth product delivery in operations.
• Drive R&D projects for major CAPEX projects as part of the Plant's expansion plan.
• Scale up production, increase product and process quality, and ensure compliance with all quality standards to achieve organizational excellence.

• Scale up production, increase product and process quality, and ensure compliance with all quality standards to achieve organizational excellence.
