Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in large or multi-project environments.
• Proficient with SDLC and AGILE methodologies; hands-on leadership of technical delivery.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cross‑team coordination in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan technical deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate implementation activities across project teams and serve as escalation point.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to ensure solutions follow the plan and standards.
• Plan, monitor and manage risks and issues related to delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, security and suppliers to align with enterprise standards.
• Partner with PMs, BAs and suppliers to finalize requirements and provide status updates.

Key Requirement

• Experience of executing projects in large program / multiple project environment to showcase coordination / dependencies capabilities
• Experience with Cloud Migration – Lift & Shift and Modernization
• Experience working in Financial Services Industry

Project Leadership and Management

• Lead and plan technical deliverables within the allocated budget and schedule.
• Oversee / coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams & serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.

Technical Delivery and Risk Management

• Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery.
• Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security‑related dependencies of the solution.
• Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight

• Partner with PMs, BAs, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements.
• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and expedite issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program/Project management
• Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SDLC, AGILE methodologies.
• End to end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry would be an advantage:
