Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant for Technology in Singapore to support Fortune 100 clients with technology-related agreements and regulatory compliance.

You will review, negotiate and draft contracts, advise internal stakeholders, and collaborate across Legal, Sourcing and business teams to ensure timely and compliant execution. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation and research skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience negotiating technology and non-technology contracts.
• Knowledge of IP, outsourcing, privacy and related regulatory risk.
• Interest in new technology and its impact on technology law.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and legal research abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and negotiate supplier agreements.
• Manage end-to-end negotiations and coordinate with business, Legal and Sourcing.
• Interpret contractual requirements from internal partners.
• Negotiate standard and customized contracts to minimize risk.
• Analyze legacy documents for conformance to policies.
• Provide guidance on documentation to internal partners.
• Serve as trusted advisor to internal clients and partners.
• Develop and enhance legal knowledge management training materials.
• Provide legal research on technology, IP and contractual issues.
