Job summary
Axiom is seeking Legal Consultants with Intellectual property experience to support a global Fortune 500 client from Singapore. The role involves developing and updating regional brand protection policies, handling high-impact disputes, and advising cross-functional teams on IP issues across SG/SEA regions.

Qualifications
- 4-10+ years post-qualification experience in IP/technology or brand protection.
- Strong knowledge of trademark and/or copyright laws in SG/SEA preferred.
- IP policy work, takedowns, disputes and rights-holder interactions would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review and update regional brand protection and IP policies and education materials.
- Manage and resolve local brand/IP disputes and incidents, including investigations and remediation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage external relationships with brands, industry associations, law enforcement and regulators on IP issues.
- Monitor IP legal and industry developments in key markets and translate them into practical guidance and tools.
- Provide brand/IP training and advisory support; work autonomously at senior level or review documents at junior level.
