Job summary

Citi is launching a two-year Full Time Technology Analyst Program in Singapore, offering hands-on experience across back-end, front-end, AI, and data analytics domains. You will rotate through teams to build broad skills and determine your best long-term fit.

You will work in an agile environment, writing scalable code, participating in testing, and collaborating across cultures. Graduation in 2026–2027 and authorization to work in Singapore are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, MIS, or other tech related degrees.
• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in Singapore without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies.
• Develop code consistent with quality standards and provide support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
• Test and debug code using appropriate tools and participate in peer code reviews.
• Join a cohort of new hires and go through training to learn about Citi, tools, processes, and required technical skills.
• Contribute to multiple teams with exposure to back-end, front-end, AI, and data analytics domains.

Your time here will look like this…

You will work in an agile software development environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. Based on business requirements, you will develop code consistent with quality standards and offer support during testing cycles and post-production deployment. To ensure defect‑free programming, you will use the appropriate tools to test and debug code and participate in the review of peer coding. You have additional support, too. You join a cohort of other new hires and go through training together to learn about our company, our tools and processes, and the technical skills you will need to succeed.

While technologies can vary slightly from team to team, some developers will have exposure within the following categories:

• Back-End Development: Java, Python, Spring Framework

• Front-End Development: Web (React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5) and Mobile (Swift, Kotlin)

• Generative AI & AI Agents: GitHub Copilot with various models, Citi Squad (automated code reviews), Devin.AI (Agentic Code generation), Prompt Engineering, Workflow Design, GenAI Optimization, Stylus Workspaces (In-house Gemini)

• Data Analytics: Utilizing tools like Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to track customer journey adoption and measure the business value of delivered products.

To join Citi, you should meet the following criteria:

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and June 2027.

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degrees.

• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.

• A proactive problem‑solver who thrives on innovation and embraces challenges with enthusiasm, leveraging Generative AI to address complex business problems and create novel solutions.

• Possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

• Have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams.

• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.

• Must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in agile teams is desirable.

• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in Singapore without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
