RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking technicians to perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor tools and handle heavy parts with care. The role involves 6 to 8 hours in a cleanroom and following installation procedures for major machinery components.

Initial work site is Tampines, followed by customer site at Woodlands. Hours start 9am–6pm in office, transitioning to 8:30am–5:30pm when on customer site; shift options Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu may apply. Training will be provided on site.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform preventive maintenance of semiconductor tools.
Careful handling of all parts.
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
Follow installation and replacement procedures for heavy machinery parts.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance of Semiconductor tools.
Handle parts with care during maintenance and replacement tasks.
Work 6 to 8 hours inside cleanroom as required.
Follow procedures for installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts.
Conduct 6S audit daily in the workplace.
Assist on PM/Tube Clean/ heater changes and logistic tasks as needed.
Perform sub fab audits including tool health checks for UPS, Scrubber, etc., and other ad hoc duties.
On-site training will be provided.

Supplier of wafer fabrication equipment to wafer fabs in the region

Salary up to $2800 depending on experience

To perform preventive maintenance of Semiconductor tools
Require handle with care for all the parts
Working at least 6 to 8 hours inside cleanroom
To follow procedure of installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts
To perform workplace 6S audit daily
To assist on Minor PM/ Major PM/ Tube Clean/ Main heater change PM etc in term of logistic task
To perform sub fab audit (Include tool health for UPS, Scrubber etc) and any other ad hoc duties
Training will be provided on site

Work Site: Company office for the 1st two weeks (18 Tampines Industrial Crescent) afterwards will be at customer site (Woodlands)

At the start, the job will be Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm in office (Tampines).

Once scheduled to go to customer's site, it will be from Monday – Friday: 830am – 530pm

Shift work might apply:

Tues – Saturday 830am 530pm OR

Sunday – Thursday 830am 530pm
