Job summary

Surbana Jurong is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, repair or replace faulty equipment, and ensure optimal system performance. You will also run tests, inspections, and generate service reports to support building operations.

The role requires a basic NITEC or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Services, good problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Work closely with team members and contractors to support maintenance operations.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
