Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hotel/commercial buildings.
• Able to work weekends/shifts and public holidays.
• Trained in First Aid and fire response training.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest feedback and requests.
• Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and systems.
• Record utility consumption.
• Conduct daily routine inspections of public areas.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and repairs.
• Handle emergency incidents.
