Job summary

AMOS SUPPLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform MEP system maintenance and on-site repairs.

You will diagnose faults, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety compliance while documenting all work and inventory movements. The role requires a diploma or technical certificate in Building Services Engineering and a minimum of three years' hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with MEP systems.
• Ability to quickly analyze faults and determine cost-effective, safe corrective actions.
• Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Capable of prolonged standing, lifting heavy equipment, and working in uncomfortable environments.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure the property adheres to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards, which includes addressing potential hazards and monitoring fire/security systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships and oversee external contractors for specialized tasks like major elevator repairs, pest control, or deep cleaning.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, track spare parts inventory, and document all completed work or incident reports.

Key Skills & Requirements
