Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a production technician in Singapore to assist daily production activities, support machine setup and troubleshooting, and manage spare parts inventories. The role emphasizes adherence to EHS/ GMP/SOP standards and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational requirements include NITEC or Diploma with relevant experience; PLC knowledge is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome for consideration.

Qualifications

• NITEC with at least 2 years’ experience or Fresh Diploma.
• Knowledge of PLC is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical and control engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in daily production activity to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Provide guidance to Technician I for process setup, machine trouble-shooting, preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Manage machine spare parts inventories and control.
• Coordinate with supplier/vendor on machine servicing and spare parts fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in management-driven continuous improvement projects.

1. Assist supervisors in daily production activity to meet desired productivity and achieve good product quality.

2. Provide guidance to Technician I to perform process setup, machine trouble-shooting, carry out preventive maintenance / cleaning and ensure instrument are calibrated timely.

3. Responsible to manage machine spare parts inventories control.

4. Coordinate with supplier / vendor on machine servicing and spare parts fabrication.

5. Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements..

6. Participate and support tasks / projects assigned by management to drive for continuous improvement.
