In this role, you will assist the supervisor, perform machine setup and troubleshooting, conduct preventive maintenance, and follow SOPs to maintain GMP standards. Flexibility for overtime and deployment across environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in daily production activity to meet desired productivity and achieve good product quality.
• To perform machine setup and trouble-shooting to ensure maximum machine uptime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance / cleaning and ensure instrument are calibrated timely.
• Perform maintenance work in accordance to written procedures / systems and spare parts control management.
• Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate and support tasks / projects assigned by management to drive for continuous improvement.
• Able to accept overtime assignment.
• Able to accept flexible deployment in different work environment
