Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd invites applications for a field service engineer/technician to join our team in Singapore. You will attend ad-hoc calls and standby on rotation, perform system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and coordinate with the office to resolve customer inquiries.

Applicants must have a driving license, be able to write and understand English, and maintain good records.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Good in record keeping and documentation.
• Able to write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to Adhoc Call & Standby on call (Shift).
• Able to carry out system Testing & Commissioning / Troubleshooting / Root cause analysis.
• Attend to customer's enquiry and coordinate with office.
