Job description

What You Will Do

• Utilize machines, equipment, and tools to carry out assembly, disassembly, and inspection functions of engines, modules, parts, components, or accessories.
• Read and execute standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encountered in daily work.
• Assist the Operations Leader, Assistant Foremen, or Cell Leaders in daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals, and discipline.
• Carry out SAP transactions and make necessary changes to work orders in SAP.
• Actively support and participate in EHS, Continuous Improvement, and Ethics culture projects and other corporate initiatives.

Qualifications – You Must Have

• NITEC or higher, especially in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in engine or module assembly, disassembly, inspection, or testing.
• Good understanding of technical drawings such as Engine Manuals.
• A curious, learning mindset – on‑job training and certifications will be provided.
• Commitment to rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime as needed.
