LS 2 Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair cleaning equipment at Changi Airport. You will inspect machines, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform routine safety checks while preparing detailed maintenance reports.

The role requires hands-on work, the ability to work independently, and basic reporting skills. Working hours follow a 5.5-day week with day shifts; 5.5-day schedule and airport site experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot equipment faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Basic computer skills for report preparation and record keeping.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at Changi Airport.
• Working Hours: 5.5-day week, Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00, Sat 8:00–12:00

Responsabilidades

• Servicing and repairing cleaning equipment including high‑pressure jet, leaf blower, scrubber, vacuum, and battery cart.
• Inspecting and assessing the functionality of cleaning machines.
• Troubleshooting machinery breakdowns.
• Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.
• Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
• Liaising with external vendors for repairs.
• Inspecting and monitoring quality of cleaning chemicals and tools.
• Performing asset tagging for equipment accountability.
• Preparing inspection findings and coordinating with staff/vendors to rectify faults.
• Handling ad-hoc assignments.

Job Description:

• Servicing and repairing cleaning equipment including high pressure jet, leaf blower, scrubbing machine, vacuum cleaner, battery operated cart etc
• Inspecting and assessing the functionality of cleaning machines
• Trouble shooting machineries breakdowns
• Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
• Preparation and submission of maintenance reports
• Liaise with external vendors for necessary equipment repair
• Inspect and monitor quality standards of cleaning chemical, equipment / tools
• Perform asset tagging to ensure accountability of equipment
• Prepare inspection finding reports and communicate with internal staff / vendors on any faults, and follow up to ensure rectification
• Any ad-hoc assignments
