Job summary

GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SYNERGY PTE. LTD. seeks a field service technician to perform on-site installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of machinery.

You will coordinate activities to ensure timely completion, provide professional information to customers, and liaise with principals on technical problems while maintaining accurate records. Data collection on site and readiness for stand-by, OT, and shift work are required.

Qualifications

• ITE/ diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic engineering required.

Responsibilities

• On-site machine installation, repair, servicing and maintenance.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of jobs within the allocated timeframe.
• Provide timely, professional and accurate information to customers’ technical service inquiries.
• Liaise with principal on unresolved technical problems and maintain proper records.
• Data collection and compilation on site.
• Stand-by duty; able to work OT and shifts.
