Job summary

PageGroup Corporation Solutions (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Southeast Asia team. You will create and maintain user manuals, API references, and developer guides, translating technical concepts into clear, user-facing documentation.

You will collaborate with engineering to understand features, edit for clarity, and develop templates and standards. The role requires strong written communication, familiarity with Agile processes, and the ability to work

Qualifications

4-7 years of technical writing experience.
Familiar with Confluence, GitBook, MkDocs, and client-specific platforms.
Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
Review and edit engineer-contributed documentation for clarity and accuracy.
Leverage GitHub Copilot to support documentation development and maintenance.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain user manuals, API references, developer guides, architecture overviews, and release notes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product features and functionality.
Edit and proofread documentation for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Develop and maintain documentation templates and standards for the team.
Translate technical specifications into onboarding guides, how-tos, FAQs, and user guides.
Work with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
