Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd seeks a Technical Superintendent (Oil) to oversee the daily operation of tanker vessels and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will plan repairs, dry dockings and conversions within budget and drive performance improvements across the fleet.

The role requires a Chief Engineer Unlimited certificate and around 5+ years of LPG/oil tanker experience, with a strong focus on cost control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold Marine Engineer Class 1 (Chief Engineer Unlimited) certificate.
• Extensive hands-on experience on LPG/oil tanker operations as Chief Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of allocated vessels.
• Plan, manage, monitor and execute repairs, dry dockings and conversions within budgets.
• Monitor vessel performance trends and implement remedial actions to optimize operations.
• Maintain strict cost control of the annual operating budget for each vessel.

About the job Technical Superintendent (Oil)

Our client provides technical and commercial management solutions.
Responsible for the daily operation of the number of vessels assigned.
Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within given budgets.
Check vessels performance trend and take necessary remedial actions to optimize vessels operations.
Keep strict cost control of the Annual Operating Budget for each of the assigned vessels.

Requirements

• Marine Engineer Class 1 (Chief Engineer Unlimited) Certificate.
• At least 5 years of tanker operations and sea going experience as a Chief Engineer in LPG/Oil Tankers.
• Good understanding of maritime safety regulations and compliance standards.
