Job summary

Thales Group in Singapore is seeking a Technical Specialist I (Contract) to join an on-site team. The role involves manufacturing activities, integration and functional testing for production and customer return units at our Singapore site.

You will follow procedures, operate test equipment, and support calibration and maintenance. The contract lasts 1 year with potential renewal based on business needs.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to operate test equipment and interpret test results.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities such as integration and functional testing for production and customer return units.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Operate test equipment and support equipment maintenance and calibration when required.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and meet assigned KPI targets.
• Identify and report production issues, defects or abnormal test results.
• Learn and support different product groups as required.
• Participate in LEAN, 5S and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Support production and administrative tasks assigned by the Team Lead/Supervisor.
