Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Specialist in Artificial Intelligence to support innovation activities and technical development within the organization. The incumbent will contribute to the design, development, validation, and integration of AI-based solutions in an industrial and technological environment, ensuring consistency with company standards, engineering practices, and quality requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for technical applications
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into AI use cases
• Support the integration of AI models into existing systems and workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to define robust and scalable solutions
• Evaluate model performance and define optimization actions
• Contribute to proof of concepts, prototypes, and industrialization phases
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and best practices
• Prepare technical documentation and present results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent
• Good understanding of data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• More than 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in embedded AI, edge AI, or industrial AI solutions
• Knowledge of cloud environments and MLOps practices
• Familiarity with software development processes and version control tools
• Experience in complex international technical environments
