Job summary

STMicroelectronics seeks a highly qualified Technical Specialist in Artificial Intelligence to support innovation and development across industrial applications. You will design, validate, and integrate AI-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of AI/ML, strong programming skills, and hands-on experience with AI frameworks; you will help deploy models into real-world systems while ensuring quality and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for technical applications.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into AI use cases.
• Support the integration of AI models into existing systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to define robust and scalable solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and define optimization actions.
• Prepare technical documentation and present results to stakeholders.
